1.1 Type testing
Type of product testing class is divided into two types of inspection and test delivery.
1.2 Type (stereotypes or expert) test application:
1.2.1 new supplier qualification, recognized the quality of the sample;
1.2.2 normal production supplier suppliers every year, should test their products for one type;
1.2.3 interrupt the production of the product six months, to resume production of supply;
1.2.4 occasional sampling of suppliers.
1.2.5 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 both cases the type of inspection is completed, need to be sealed at the IQC sample.
1.3 Testing for normal settlement of the incoming supply storage test.

1.5 Sampling Method
A sample program using normal inspection, special inspection level of IL = S-2, acceptable quality level AQL = 1.0.
1.6 Test Methods
1.6.1 Dimensions
Using the caliper, allowing the error: ± 0.3mm.
1.6.2 Appearance
Visual inspection of materials and different batches of labels like closure contrast, no obvious color difference, the label is not damaged.
1.6.3 Flame retardant
Preparation of test samples 25mm'200mm, lighter flame height adjustment (from the nozzle to the flame at the top) 12mm, according to Figure 1 combustion test method, applied test flame time 5s, after the withdrawal of fire, burning time for extension of not more than 15 seconds .
